Hello my blogger friends.

Here's an update on what's going on with me and my book; The Sixties Girl.

If you've been checking out my blog you'll see that it's been a busy summer for me and The Sixties Girl. We've been to fairs and won 4 out of 6 awards in different award contests. I have already posted those awards in my last posting. We even sold books and handed out cards in a yard sale and the women were tickled to talk to me and buy my book. It's been lost of fun.

Now this fall I'm waiting for my last award contest to post and see where I place in that one. I should hear by the middle of November. I'll let you know how that goes, when I hear.

Oh, and I'd also like you to know that my book will also be in the USA Book News in October. It's just an add to let everyone know that, The Sixties Girl Is out there.

Hi, just had to let you know that my sales and books signing in Wyandotte Michigan went really well. Sold some books and handed out lots of business cards for E-Book. Spoke with lots of people about my book The Sixties Girl. There were people who were very interesed in talking about not only my book but the life and times of the sixties. Thanks Wyandotte Art Street Fair for a fun 4 days. And a big thanks to the my brother Bob and Biddle Avenue Flowers, our great hosts the Woodruffs made us feel like royality. Great fun was had by all.

I just want to let everyone know that in the last 3 months my book, 'The Sixties Girl' has won second place, Finalist in the BeverlyHills Book Awards,( romance genre) and one of 5 Finalists in the Indie Excellence Book Awards ( romance genre). I am very happy and excited to have placed in these very important award contests.

Whoo Hoo, The Sixties Girl is not only traveling but winning awards too.
